I was one of Tina’s first clients.  I had never been to a personal trainer before and I tried every excuse as to why I couldn’t afford it. She made me realize that I had to give up a few things in order to reach my goal.  She put me on a meal plan and we trained 3 days out of the week.  She would constantly check on me to ensure that I was eating right and staying on track.  Her workout plan was never the same, so it definitely kept my interest.  My final result brought me down 3 pants sizes and I couldn’t be happier. Even when I stopped training with her, she would check on me and give me different workout plans and meal plans to follow.  Tina is a great trainer and anyone willing to work out with her and STICK to the plan will have amazing results.  ---------Darlene
