When I started weight training with Tina I was frustrated, often fatigued and struggling. Losing weight when you're over 30 is so much tougher. I knew I wasn't going to need help to make significant progress. One of the first things Tina helped me figure out was why I was so fatigued, low iron. From there I was able to get through the work outs and started feeling stronger. My other challenge was getting stuck at the same weight for weeks. Tina helped me discover that I was not eating enough calories. Once we found that out I lost 7 lbs and 7 inches in one month!
