I began working out with Tina in April of 2009. At that time I was a few pounds overweight and out of shape. A recent death in my family had been the cause of my being out of shape and Tina came to the rescue! I have been training with Tina three days a week since I began in April and I have transformed my body in a very short time. I have lost 9 pounds and 14 inches so far. And last I checked I had dropped three percent body fat! I have hit my goal size of 4, but after what I have learned with Tina, I have decided that I will continue working out with her because she really knows the female body, and the key areas we all need to work on. She changes up our workout regularly so that we don't plateau, and she is constantly encouraging us to challenge ourselves. The one thing about Tina is that she genuinely cares about our well-being. Her spirituality and motivation is contagious and I can't wait to see how much more I transform while continuing my journey with her!  Thanks Tina :) ----------------------- Kristy
